BW 320 Triplex Mud Pump For Water Well Drilling Rig

The BW 320 is a horizontal, diesel-powered triplex mud pump designed for water well drilling rigs in energy and mining applications. This reciprocating piston pump features two cylinders with different diameters and four gear shifts, allowing adjustable output and drilling depth.

• Four gear capacity for versatile operation with large rigs, offering wide flow adjustment range to accommodate different calibers, hole depths, and geological conditions
• Self-sealing S-type polyurethane rubber piston with nylon backrest for extended service life
• Five dust seals on the pull rod to prevent contamination between hydraulic and power ends
• Steel ball inlet/outlet valves with sound-reducing rubber pads to minimize impact noise
• BY-1 type seismic pressure gauge for durability
• Compact, detachable design for easy maintenance and relocation

The BW 320 mud pump is ideal for transporting high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibers. Its flow is proportional to speed, and it operates without forming eddy currents, making it suitable for conditions where other pump types fail.

• Fill suction pipe, bottom valve, and pump body with water before starting
• Reciprocate piston twice before starting; begin with no load
• Test mud sand content frequently (should not exceed 10%)
• Operate each speed separately for at least 30 minutes when using multiple speeds
• Never change speed during operation - stop pump for shifting
• Stop immediately for inspection if abnormal noise, pressure, or temperature occurs
• For long-term storage, drain all fluids and apply anti-rust measures
