Product Description
In the drilling process, the double pipe drilling tool in which the outer pipe rotates and the inner pipe does not rotate is called a single acting double pipe drilling tool. This design avoids mechanical vibration of the rock core by eliminating friction vibration generated by drill rotation, resulting in superior core quality.
Working Principle
The upper joint features a movable environmental protection path with grooves arranged to ensure proper alloy piece diameter. The distance between the spring seat and internal drill bit step is precisely adjusted via screw and lock nut, while the length difference between inner and outer tubes is carefully controlled.
The single-action form incorporates either a spherical structure, single-bearing structure, or double-bearing structure. During operation, the drilling machine transmits rotational power to the tool while the outer tube connects to the cutting edge of the drill bit. The inner tube (core tube) remains stationary throughout drilling, preserving the extracted core in its original state by avoiding disturbance.

1. Water-proof Single-action Double-tube Drilling Tools
Comprising five components: outer pipe joint, single action device, inner/outer pipe, card center device, and special drilling tool. Features excellent guiding, water-proofing, and card center capabilities. The outer tube connects to specialized carbide or steel drill bits for various salt mine layers.
2. Piston Type Single-action Double Pipe Drilling Tools
Specialized core drilling tool for talc mine exploration, consisting of water distribution joint, single action bearing, special semi-synthetic pipe, rubber piston, and step drill bit. Features unique flushing liquid flow control through steel ball placement.
3. Pressure Card Type Single-action Double Tube
Ideal for intact, jointed, or fibrous rock ore (e.g., asbestos). Available in piston type and ball clamp variations. Utilizes steel ball placement and pump pressure to securely capture rock cores during extraction.
4. Claw Spring Type Single-action Double Pipe Drilling Tools
Specifically designed for challenging rock formations including thin coal seams with alternating soft/hard layers, frequent instability, and materials below grade 6.
